Just a Pommy city girl who met a WA farmer 2593 days ago and decided to stay
forever. With some encouragement from said farmer and his entrepreneurial ways, Something Painted™ was born. My passion for up-cycling furniture originated many years ago as a hobby whilst living on the farm in Western Australia. I would spend my weekends upcycling items I found around the farm, or purchased from garage sales.

From there I started on the road to creating my own Chalky Finish Furniture Paint. I wanted to show others how unloved furniture can be easily upcycled and re-loved, at an affordable price.

When you finish upcycling a piece of furniture, and stand back and admire. That’s the feeling I want to re-create.
